U.S. Clean Heat and Power Association (USCHPA) brings together diverse
market interests to promote the growth of clean, efficient CHP in the
United States. It is a private, non-profit association, formed in 1999

CHP News - Local, State, and Regional
North Carolina recently adopted an aggressive Renewable Energy and Efficiency Portfolio Standard (REPS) law of 12.5% of retail sales by 2021, which contains favorable provisions for energy efficiency and CHP technologies. The North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association (NCSEA) requested interested parties by September 21, 2007 to file interventions in the Commission's docket to ensure the utility commission establishes strong rules to implement and enforce the provisions of the REPS.
